Job Coach

“When I started being coached, I was carrying a heavy workload and questioned how I was going to be able to make the time. However, I found the time being coached was like a great investment – it paid high dividends. The coaching experience with Pam far exceeded anything I had imagined.”

Why a job coach?

To allow a business executive to be at the top of their game.

In fields where performance is on the leading edge, people have coaches.  job coach graphic

Top performers have coaches because they are committed to a level of performance that they simply can’t reach on their own.  The same goes for the business world.

A job coach helps an executive to develop the skills to be a successful leader and to improve productivity.

For people working in organizations, there are times when having a job coach can make a difference.

A job coach can:

  • Help develop managerial skills
  • Suggest ways to motivate employees
  • Help ease feelings of isolation some leaders feel.
  • Help prepare for an upcoming change
  • improve the balance between work and personal life.
  • Increase motivation and commitment to goals.

Working with an executive coach helps you regain your passion for your work. And improve relationships with the people you work with.

With a job coach, a relationship of trust must be created. An objective is set and then the process to obtain the goal is set. Both people are responsible for reaching these goals. Even when things become difficult, the coach continues to offer encouragement.

If your not serious about being coached, then it probably isn't for you.
