Q. I’m
interested in a job coach, but worried about the time involved. How much of
a time commitment is involved?
A.
There is a time commitment for the coach and the coachee…..but it is worth
it! A professional coaching relationship lasts six to eight weeks, with one
to two phone calls a week. There is work that you will do beyond the phone
call, which is determined by you. This is an investment in your future. If
you are engaged in the process, the time investment will be an
afterthought! Coaching will help and support you in “pushing the
edge”…..and being great at what you do. You and your company will reap the
benefits.
Q. I
have employees who are reluctant to speak in front of others. What would
you recommend?
A. Two
possibilities.
1. Professional Speaking class. This is an eight hour, one day, intensive and practical development opportunity.
Classes are kept small, four or fewer participants. This ensures all
participants experience from the class.
2. Coaching, this would be one on one.

Q. What
are your fees?
A.
Fees and charges are based on criteria that are specific to the training and
development situation. Just give me a call and we’ll work out a fee
structure that works for both of us. There is a discount for non-profit
organizations.
